Ingredients

Any type of dry sausage, or kielbasa
Any type of cheese
Oven with a broil setting

Instructions

1.Set oven to broil to get it nice and hot
2.Cut up your dry sausage
3.Weigh up your sausage and cheese if you wish to count calories or carbs
4.Place the dry sausage on aluminum foil
5.Place a slice of cheese on each dry sausage
6.Place in oven and watch over until desired cook
7.Take out and wait 1 minute before eating

Quick, easy, and filling. These pepperoni cheese bites take 2 minutes to prepare, and another 2-3 minutes to cook. This meal is the definition of lazy keto prep, and costs very little if you buy the ingredients at a place like Costco. Our go-to is the Inspiration Pack by Bergeron Cheesemakers, and the giant Calabrese sausage by Citterio, but this meal can be prepared with any variation of pepperonis and cheeses.

Remember to eat slow and not too much, as this is a very oily and very fat-heavy meal. Calories in and calories out still trumps any sort of keto regimen! The main advantage of eating pepperoni cheese bites is how full they make you feel. Best eaten at lunch to keep you going until supper!

Pepperoni cheese bites are not only a perfect keto meal, but can be a great fingerfood for parties (just make sure there are a lot of napkins for oily fingers!)
