Goat Cheese
Diced or Shredded Chicken
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Dijon Mustard


1.Mix 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard with 2 tbsp of Olive Oil, and 2 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
2.Dump your spinach on top of the dressing and mix
3.Sprinkle your pecans over
4.Cut up an avocado and dump it in (do not mix)
5.Dump your goat cheese in (do not mix)
6.Slice up half an onion and dump it in (do not mix)
7.Dump your shredded or diced chicken breast (cooked) and mix everything up
8.Separate into several portions and enjoy!

The All-Dressed Keto Salad is hands down the simplest and tastiest salad that you can make while on keto. It can feed up to 4 people, or one person who is not concerned with how many calories he takes in. The ingredients are simple, the prep takes a few minutes, and the dressing is quite easy to make.

I first got the idea for this salad after asking a popular salad place how they make theirs, and the ingredients were just macro’d in from different keto snacks that I enjoy eating separately.
