This keto taco only uses 3 ingredients and can be put together in minutes. The dry sausage and mozzarella have virtually no carbs, while the turmeric infused coconut wrap has just enough to perfectly round out the macros. We tried 2 methods of melting the cheese, which was by putting it in the oven or simply microwaving it. It seems that the microwave method is quite a bit simpler, takes less time, and doesn’t harden the coconut wrap. The only drawback was that the cheese wasn’t getting that delicious crunchy crust. The dry sausage and mozzarella keto taco is the perfect lazy keto meal.

1. | Grate mozzarella cheese and set it aside |
2. | Slice up very thin dry sausage and set it aside |
3. | Place a coconut wrap on a microwavable plate |
4. | Spread the dry sausage slices evenly on your coconut wrap and cover it in grated cheese |
5. | Microwave on high for about a minute or until it looks melted (make sure to cover it) |
6. | Wait 1 minute before enjoying your keto taco! |
