|Any type of Shrimp
|1 or 2 sliced peppers
|Half an onion, sliced
|Garlic and pepper spice mix (any spice mix will do)
|Heat olive oil in a wok on medium/low heat
|Toss in onions and cook for 2-3 minutes
|Remove onions and set aside
|Toss in peppers and sprinkle them with spice mix (we prefer Garlic and Pepper mix from Costco)
|Once peppers are crusting up, remove and set them aside (can put them on top of the onions you've set aside)
|Toss in shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle them with some more spice mix to taste
|Toss in peppers and onions that you've set aside, and stir everything together, turn off heat
|Ready to eat separately or with some cauliflower rice!
