Any type of Shrimp
1 or 2 sliced peppers
Half an onion, sliced
Garlic and pepper spice mix (any spice mix will do)
Olive Oil


1.Heat olive oil in a wok on medium/low heat
2.Toss in onions and cook for 2-3 minutes
3.Remove onions and set aside
4.Toss in peppers and sprinkle them with spice mix (we prefer Garlic and Pepper mix from Costco)
5.Once peppers are crusting up, remove and set them aside (can put them on top of the onions you've set aside)
6.Toss in shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle them with some more spice mix to taste
7.Toss in peppers and onions that you've set aside, and stir everything together, turn off heat
8.Ready to eat separately or with some cauliflower rice!
